• I want you to love your new Kono & Sono jewelry. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your order, unworn items purchased on konoandsono.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
• Please contact me before mailing back your piece. Include all original packaging and pack your return securely.
• Shipping charges are not refunded on returned items but can be exchanged without paying additional shipping.
• Should you require a repair, I am happy to help! Please contact me with a description of the damage and how it occurred. We will discuss how to proceed and whether or not a small repair fee would apply.
